Legal support
We provide all the legal support though the investment process. We will apoint a Portuguese attorney on our behalf, that will prepare the contract and handle all the legal aspects, including translations and notary services.
Ongoing Property management
We ensure ongoing communication with the developer during the construction phase, and solving maintenance issues and repairs on an ongoing basis.
Renting the property
We find tenants for you, we check their financial background, draft and sign a rental agreement on your behalf and collect the rental income for you.
Financial guidance
We will open a NIF number for you, open a bank account in Portugal, assist you in transferring funds to complete the transaction and negotiate between several banks to obtain the best mortgage terms for you. In addition, we will handle the registration of the property and tax reports
